Countertop Installer

Cedar Park Group is hiring experienced Countertop Installers to join our growing team!
We're looking for skilled professionals to measure, transport, and install countertops on-site, ensuring precision and quality craftsmanship. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced with hand and power tools, we'd love to hear from you.

Position Overview:
As a Countertop Installer, you will be responsible for reading blueprints and layout designs, cutting and shaping materials, and installing countertops with precision and care. You'll be working with a variety of surfaces including granite, marble, quartz, and solid surface materials. The role requires travel to job sites, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, shape, and fit countertops according to specifications

• Transport and install countertops on-site

• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and layout designs

• Ensure proper alignment, sealing, and securing of countertops

• Perform minor repairs or adjustments on-site

• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized job site

• Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, and team members

• Follow all safety procedures and installation standards

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in countertop or general construction installation

• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in physically demanding environments

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with granite, marble, quartz, or solid surface materials

• Familiarity with templating and fabrication processes

• OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
