Join the Knowlej movement as a Knowlej Activator —a high-energy, youth-focused leader dedicated to re-engaging students through dynamic school assemblies, motivational speaking, games, and workshops. Knowlej Activators are on the front lines of a revolutionary education platform, inspiring the next generation while growing within a fast-paced company that's changing the way we reward learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Knowlej Assemblies across K-12 schools in New York, delivering high-impact, motivational sessions that range from 30 to 60 minutes.
• Public Speaking: Deliver captivating, youth-centered speeches with passion, clarity, and purpose.
• Hype & Engagement: Get students excited through interactive games, call-and-response energy, music, and movement.
• Facilitate Workshops & Activities that reinforce the Knowlej values of Re-Engage, Restore, and Reward.
• Customer Service & Event Fulfillment: Set up and break down assembly spaces, distribute rewards, and ensure smooth operations.
• Support Student Transformation: Be a visible, positive presence in schools that uplifts and encourages youth to stay engaged in school.
• Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly check-ins and debriefs with the Knowlej team.

Requirements

• Passion for youth empowerment and educational equity.
• Comfortable and skilled in public speaking —especially in front of large youth audiences.
• Energetic, confident, and enthusiastic presence.
• Must be able to pass a background check .
• Professionalism is a must— strict dress code enforced (Knowlej-branded attire and presentation standards).
• Strong organizational skills for handling setup, fulfillment, and customer-facing duties.
• Bilingual candidates (English + Spanish preferred) .
• Reliable transportation across Los Angeles.
