SENIOR TAX ANALYST - TAX PLANNING (EARLY CAREER)

As a Senior Tax Analyst - Tax Planning at Coty, you will support global tax initiatives while developing broad exposure to tax planning, compliance, and controversy. This early-career role is designed to build strong technical foundations through hands-on project work, close mentorship, and collaboration across global teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

THE ROLE

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

As our Senior Tax Analyst - Tax Planning , you play a critical role in supporting global tax planning projects and related analyses. This is a developmental position for a motivated early-career professional, offering exposure to planning, compliance, and controversy while contributing to tax's role in supporting business decisions.

You will be reporting to Global Tax Leadership , and you will manage:

Tax Planning Support:

• Assist with research and analysis for tax planning projects

• Support modeling and analysis of tax impacts

• Prepare internal summaries and presentations

• Gather data for planning and restructuring initiatives

Cross-Functional & Project Support:

• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Treasury teams

• Support data collection for global initiatives

• Coordinate with external advisors when required

• Contribute to special and ad hoc projects

Broader Tax Exposure & Team Collaboration:

• Assist selectively with compliance, provision, and controversy work

• Support responses to tax authority inquiries and audits

• Maintain documentation and tax files

• Actively contribute as a team player with curiosity and a willingness to learn

RESPONSIBILITIES

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As an early-career tax or finance professional , you thrive in a fast-paced and diverse environment. You are analytical, collaborative, and eager to learn, with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.

• 2-3 years of experience in tax, accounting, or finance

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Strong Excel and analytical skills

• Team-oriented mindset and clear communication skills

• Interest in developing a long-term career in tax

Base Salary Range: $ 90 ,000 - $1 15 ,000
