Working Residential Electrical Foreman (Full-Time)

Based in Valley Stream, NY – Serving Nassau County
$80K–$95K/year (based on experience)
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Overtime Available

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work side-by-side with your crew while leading residential service jobs, upgrades, and full installations

• Manage day-to-day operations on site: layout, scheduling, safety, quality control, and customer communication

• Perform hands-on electrical work including roughing, trim, troubleshooting, and final walkthroughs

• Ensure all work meets code and company standards

• Train and guide apprentices/helpers to develop their skills and efficiency

✅ You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Have 7+ years of residential electrical experience , including lead or foreman responsibilities
  
  
• Are comfortable both running the job and doing the work
  
  
• Can read blueprints, delegate tasks, and keep projects on schedule

• Have a clean driver’s license and reliable transportation
  
  
• Are confident with service upgrades, panel replacements, lighting, fans, and device work
  
  
• Take pride in a neat appearance, jobsite cleanliness, and representing a top-tier company
