Associate Director of Digital Commerce

Position: Associate Director of Digital Commerce Employer: UNIQLO USA LLCJob Location: 88 Crosby Street, New York, NY 10012 Duties: Lead the strategic direction of UNIQLOs digital commerce operations in the U.S. market, focusing on revenue growth, digital transformation, and cross-functional alignment. Develop and execute high-impact eCommerce strategies, working closely with C-level stakeholders and global headquarters to align business objectives. Oversee the entire digital commerce ecosystem, including performance marketing, digital advertising, and customer engagement initiatives, ensuring that all digital touchpoints drive seamless omnichannel integration between online and in-store experiences. Manage multi-million-dollar budgets across digital media, third-party vendors, and technology investments, negotiating with external partners to maximize ROI. Oversee new business opportunities, platform innovations, and emerging digital commerce trends to drive market expansion. Work with data analytics teams to define success metrics, forecast growth trends, and identify opportunities for scaling digital sales operations. Mentoring senior managers and fostering a high-performing digital commerce team, ensuring that the department executes long-term strategic initiatives that align with UNIQLOs corporate objectives. Minimum education and experience required: Bachelors degree or equivalent in any field plus 8 years of experience in E-commerce site merchandising, and digital marketing, or related experience.
