Customer Communications & Dispatch Support Representative - Albany, NY

We have an immediate opening for a 2nd Shift Customer Communications & Dispatch Support Representative located at our Albany office. Our Customer Communications/Support Representatives understand the importance of teamwork and possess a “customer first” attitude. The right candidate also has excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task and problem-solve, and can successfully work independently.

Qualifications:

· A “customer first” attitude

Minimum 3 years customer service experence

· Excellent communications skills & time management

· Ability to multi-task & work independently

· Problem-solving skills

· Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel

· Experience in electronic customer communications via email and online help is a plus.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

· Dispatch support for Service Technicians and Fuel Drivers

· Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

· Communicating with customers through various channels.

· Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

· Administrative tasks as assigned.

· Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

· Maintain knowledge of our products & services so that you can successfully assist customers.

· Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

· Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

· Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

· Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

· Miscellaneous tasks to support the company’s daily operations.

Schedule:

· 11:00am - 10:00pm (Wednesday - Saturday) 10 hour shift 4 day work week

Supplemental pay types:

· Bonus pay
