Are you a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) seeking exciting job opportunities in the healthcare field? We have multiple openings available in a skilled nursing facility located near Middletown, where you'll have the opportunity to work with geriatric patients in dementia and rehabilitation units.



Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities:

»Provide high-quality nursing care to geriatric patients in a skilled nursing facility.

»Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.

»Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

»Monitor and assess patient conditions, promptly reporting any changes or concerns.

»Ensure compliance with medical protocols and maintain accurate documentation.

»Foster a compassionate and supportive environment for patients and their families.



Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications required

»Current and unrestricted LPN license in the state of New York.

» practice working in skilled nursing facilities, particularly with geriatric patients, is highly preferred.

»Strong clinical expertise and the capability to assess patient needs.

»Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

»Current CPR certification and expertise of medical compliance requirements.

Schedule and Compensation:

» 8 hour (3pm-11pm) or 12 hour weekend shifts.
