Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year A bit about us: A well-established civil defense firm with multiple offices across Florida is seeking a senior-level attorney to join its Tampa team. The firm is recognized for its strong trial practice, deep roots in insurance defense, and reputation for delivering effective, client-centered results across a range of liability matters. The firm is seeking a seasoned litigator with extensive experience defending insurance carriers and corporate clients in the areas of product liability and premises liability. This role involves managing high-exposure cases from inception through trial, mentoring junior attorneys, and contributing to the continued growth of the firm’s insurance defense practice. Job Details Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar. 6+ years of civil defense litigation experience, including substantial exposure to product and premises liability. Proven trial experience preferred. Strong written and oral advocacy skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and supervise team members. Excellent organizational and communication abilities. Business development aptitude and interest in growing client relationships. Preferred Experience: Background in a mid-to-large defense firm setting.
