Schedule: 12-hour Compressed Work Week. 4 Days on 3 Days Off, Rotating, Days or Nights
Pay Rate : $20.00 Hourly + Overtime + 10% Shift premiums for night shift + $500 Sign On Bonus
Location : Malta, NY
Position Type: Full Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance tasks on equipment and systems
• Follow safety and quality procedures in a high-tech cleanroom environment
• Use tools, equipment, and documented processes to complete assigned work
• Collaborate with teammates to solve problems and support production goals
• Build valuable technical skills that can lead to future career advancement opportunities

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to learn and follow detailed procedures
• Comfortable working in a team environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment while wearing protective equipment

Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, ability to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
