About the Role 

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our k itchen team . The ideal candidate is passionate about culinary excellence, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering high-quality dishes while working collaboratively with the team. Key Responsibilities 

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards. Set up, stock, and maintain assigned stations for service.
• Execute food preparation and service efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely and consistent food production.
• Maintain high standards of food presentation, quality, and portion control.
• Keep kitchen and work areas clean, organized, and sanitary.
• Assist with inventory, stocking, and prep tasks as needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations.

Qualifications 

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Fine dining and/or Mexican cuisine experience is a plus.
• Passion for high-quality food and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of kitchen safety and health regulations.
• Flexibility in work hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
