Masonry Apprentice / Mason Tender - Outdoor Living & Hardscaping

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioners, heaters, and refrigeration units.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
• Perform routine maintenance work on HVAC systems to ensure efficiency and reliability.
• Inspect and test HVAC systems to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
• Maintain records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in HVAC technology and best practices.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Working Conditions:

This position requires the ability to work in various environments, including residential, commercial, and industrial settings. It may involve standing, bending, and lifting heavy equipment. The candidate should be comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights
