Senior Manager, Growth Operations

GlossGenius is seeking a Senior Manager, Growth Operations to build the systems, processes, and intelligence infrastructure that drive our self-serve growth motion and support our scale to 100,000+ active subscribers. This role will deeply understand the self-serve funnel, own weekly business reviews, run our experimentation operating system, partner with finance on forecasting, collaborate with the GTM Analytics team, and proactively surface risks and opportunities to keep our growth trajectory on track. This is a cross-functional role focused on making growth functions more cohesive, measurable, and impactful.

Responsibilities will include:

• Build and own a real-time intelligence view of the self-serve funnel, proactively flagging deviations before they impact monthly numbers
• Run weekly business reviews, owning the agenda, data, and narrative, and translating numbers into actionable decisions
• Own the end-to-end experimentation process for the self-serve funnel, maintaining the experiment registry, change log, and learning archive
• Track and report on experimentation velocity and win rate, building systems that foster a learning organization
• Design and maintain dashboards and tooling for channel owners, ensuring consistent, granular visibility and high measurement quality
• Partner with Strategic Finance to co-own self-serve financial model assumptions, run scenario analysis, and align GTM performance data with financial planning
• Continuously monitor competitors and best practices in PLG, self-serve SaaS, and vertical SaaS growth, surfacing high-impact intelligence insights with clear recommendations
• Identify and pursue high-leverage operational and analytical opportunities as the self-serve business evolves

You’re a great fit if you:

• Have 7+ years of experience in growth operations, strategy and operations, marketing analytics, or a related function at a fast-growing software or internet business
• Have a demonstrated track record of building operating systems for growth or marketing teams (dashboards, experiment tracking, business review cadences, forecasting processes)
• Have experience running recurring business reviews with senior leadership, owning the narrative and driving decisions
• Have direct experience working with finance on forecasting or model assumptions as a contributor
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, are comfortable in SQL or equivalent, and are fluent in attribution, experimentation design, and business modeling
• Have expert knowledge of AI tools and technologies, with hands-on experience using AI operationally to build faster, analyze faster, and generate insights at unprecedented speed (this is a hard requirement)
• Have exceptional communication skills, translating complex data into clear decisions for non-technical audiences and leading discussions with senior leadership
• Are a systems-first thinker who builds processes to solve recurring problems
• Have experience in PLG, self-serve SaaS, or vertical SaaS (a plus)

Nice to have:

• Prior people management experience or experience leading cross-functional projects with real accountability
• Background in consulting or strategy and operations with a transition into growth or marketing
• Familiarity with GlossGenius’s tech stack: Snowflake, Hex, Iterable, Segment, Eppo

Total Compensation

The salary range for this role is $180,000–$230,000 plus equity and benefits. The compensation package is dependent on skills, experience, and education.
