Are you a compassionate and practiced Registered Nurse (RN) seeking an opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of patients and their families? We are currently looking for an RN with hospice or palliative care practice to join our dedicated team in Newburgh. If you possess a minimum of 1 year of skilled nursing practice and are passionate about providing exceptional care, we want to hear from you.

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications required

»Valid and current RN license in the state of Newburgh.

»Minimum of 1 year of practice in skilled nursing.

»Hospice or palliative care practice is highly desired.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

»Administer medications to residents in conformity with prescribed orders.

»Collaborate closely with LPNs to ensure high-quality bedside care.

»Educate patients and their families on various aspects of their care, providing support and guidance.

»Implement physician orders accurately and efficiently.

»Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
