This is a hybrid role, candidates will be trained and scheduled for both SA and Runner shifts.

As a Server Assistant / Food Runner, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. From flawlessly executing food service to supporting the front-of-house team, you'll help ensure every table receives attentive, seamless hospitality. Your speed, awareness, and commitment to excellence will keep service flowing and allow the entire team to perform at its highest level.

Responsibilities:

• Server Assistants:
• Support servers in delivering excellent guest experiences
• Clear and reset tables efficiently
• Ensure table maintenance
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the server stations.
• Assist in food running as needed
• Keep service stations stocked and organized
• Communicate with kitchen and FOH teams to ensure smooth coordination of food service and guest satisfaction.
• Previous barista experience a plus

• Runners:
• Deliver food orders efficiently and accurately
• Communicate between the kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Ensure timely service
• Maintain an organized and clean expo area
• Assist in explaining dishes to guests when necessary

What we need from you (SA and Runner Requirements):

• 2+ years’ experience in a Service role in a similar environment
• English fluency, additional languages are a plus
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
• Ability to balance & carry multiple plates, glass racks and or/glasses, and lift objects up to 40 lbs.
• Previous experience in a fine dining or high-end restaurant environment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
