Production Coordinator
The primary focus of the Production Coordinator is to coordinate all steps of production from application approval through QCI and certification of completed project.
QUALIFICATIONS : Strong organization, communication, and analytical skills. Understanding of government funded contracts policy and procedures.
Basic computer skills
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Coordinate production of all single-family projects from application approval to CFR presentation.
· Maintain related Go Engage agency database.
- Schedule Audits and QCI inspections as directed.
- Maintain EmPower information related to clients.
- Assign subcontracted work as directed.
- Schedule crew work as directed.
- Maintain Production calendar and Production Status board.
- Client referrals to other agencies
- Maintain client folders.
- Answer incoming calls.
- Outreach
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Lifting, Carrying, Pushing / Pulling up to 50 lbs. Standing / Walking frequently up to 8 hours / day.
WORK ENVIORNMENT: Indoor / Outdoor conditions. Exposure to all elements (heat, cold, noise). Personal Protective Equipment furnished.
BEHAVIORAL EXPECTATIONS : Alignment with agency values and culture. Communication, teamwork, and leadership expected.
