About the Role:
We are seeking highly motivated and passionate Certified Pilates Reformer Instructors to join our team. As a key member of the BK Pilates team, you will:
- Conduct safe and effective group Reformer Pilates classes, as well as private and semi-private sessions
- Create and deliver challenging and engaging workouts that cater to diverse client needs and fitness levels.
- Build strong client relationships through exceptional customer service and communication.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for all participants
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment.
- Contribute to the positive and welcoming culture of the BK Pilates community.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid Pilates certification
- Strong understanding of Pilates principles and anatomy
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A genuine love for Pilates and helping others on their fitness journey
