Yakitori NONONO is currently looking for Host (Front Desk/Greeter) for dinner service.

Responsibilities:

・Greeting guests upon arrival, confirming party size, and escorting them to their tables

・Managing reservations (answering phone calls, checking online reservations, and assigning tables)

・Managing the waiting list and providing accurate wait time estimates

・Creating a positive first impression of the restaurant (setting the atmosphere and serving as the first point of contact for guests)

Available Shifts:

・Sunday: 4:30 PM – 9:30 PM
・Tuesday: 4:30 PM – 9:30 PM
・Thursday: 4:30 PM – 10:00 PM
・Friday: 4:30 PM – 10:30 PM
・ Saturday : 4:30 PM – 10:30 PM
**2-3 days per week

We are looking for an individual with the following:

-Very good communication with the team

-Treat others with respect and expect them to respond in kind

-Proficiency in Steps of Service

-Creative Problem Solver

-Professionalism is a must

-Prior serving experience

-Must be able to work minimum 3 days a week

-Must be eligible to work in the United States

-Knowledge of Japanese food and cultures

Yakitori Nonono
Japanese yakitori hotspot located at the corner of East 30th street and Madison Ave that you can find “no where, not anywhere else and now here”.

It pursues the idea of using the entire chicken from A to Z, meat to yakitori—bone to ramen.

The journey of HAND Hospitality began with the making of hotspot Korean gastropub, Take31, on East 31st street. Since 2011, HAND has played an active role in expanding Korean and Japanese cuisines

in Midtown, New York. The diversity within the group gives tremendous insight to varied Asian cultures, which helps create the basis of each project.

It allows us to expand and share our community with others.
