JOB SUMMARY WHO YOU ARE

The Security Agent will ensure the safety and security of our dispensary while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our patients. A successful Security Agent has the ability to provide excellent customer service, create a positive customer experience, provide necessary assistance to customers and employees in a timely manner, and identify and handle irregular actively.

CORE JOB DUTIES

• Greet customers, ensuring a best-in-class experience
• Operate under security protocols and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal agencies
• Submit reporting and security observations accurately and timely
• Maintain a secure premises by patrolling the property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting the building, equipment and access points; permitting entry
• Ensures the safety and security of the building by checking in customers into the Company's portal, maintaining an understanding of who is on the premises
• Confirms with customers if they have placed an online order in advance or if they need an in-store consultation so patients can be directed to the appropriate
• Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of Cresco Labs' policies' restraining trespassers
• Provide routine checkups to ensure operation equipment is operating within compliance
• Work with Dispensary Manager to ensure patients feel comfortable, safe, and welcome

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

• 1-3 years previous experiences in security
• Solid knowledge of state and local statutes and ordinances on security protocols
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
• Up-to-date on latest local and state regulation and guideline changes
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Extremely detail orientated
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Willing and able to work in a fast paced environment
