Data Associate
:
The data associate (DA) assists the data leader (DL) with the oversight and management of all of the following data sets and pools:
- data dashboards
- achievement data (sprints, baselines, midlines, etc.)
- attendance data (Atmosphere chronic absenteeism, State chronic absenteeism, tardy, perfect attendance, etc. )
- intervention data (universal screeners, etc. )
- behavior data (merits, demerits, etc.)
- academic data (grades, pre, post, PST conferences, etc.)
- programs data (STARS, Warriors, medals, honor roll, etc.)
- culture data (student surveys, meal tracking, electives, clubs, etc.)
The DA assists the DL with the design and development of the architecture, management, and data entry involved with the following Student Information Systems:
- Performance Matters
- PowerSchool
- Kickboard
- ParentSquare
- ATS
The DA assists the DL in the design and development of the architecture, management, and data entry involved with all compliance-related tasks and state data reporting platforms:
- Level 0
- Epicenter
- Civil Rights Data Collection
- ReportNet/L2RPT
- DOE Survey
- School Quality Report
- SUNY Reports
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
