Production Coordinator (Broadcast/Digital)
The ideal candidate is organized, curious, and eager to learn, with a strong interest in sports media and creative production. This role provides exposure to high-profile campaigns, cross-platform content, and collaborative creative workflows.
- Rate: $30-$33/hr.
- Location: Hybrid - Lower Manhattan
- Support producers and associate producers across pre-production, production, and post-production activities
- Conduct research on sports storylines, trends, and cultural insights to inform creative direction
- Assist with sourcing production assets including footage, music, and talent
- Coordinate logistics such as shoot schedules, travel arrangements, and equipment needs
- Log footage and maintain well-organized project files and archives
- Assist with rights management and content clearances
- Provide support for digital and social content distribution
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth production operations
- Participate in creative brainstorms and contribute ideas
- Learn and apply internal production workflows, tools, and brand standards
- 1–3 years of experience in production, marketing, media, or a related field
- Strong passion for sports and storytelling
- Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with production tools, editing workflows, or media asset management systems is a plus
