JOB OPENING — Live Chat Agent ADF Medical Services Inc.
We're hiring an energetic and professional Live Chat Agent to deliver real-time support to our patients and clients online. If you're a fast typist with a friendly attitude and strong written communication skills — this role is perfect for you.

Location: Fully Remote Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Requirements
What You'll Do:
- Respond to patient and client inquiries instantly through our live chat system
- Provide helpful and accurate information on services, appointments, billing, and support
- Manage multiple live chat conversations simultaneously with speed and professionalism
- Log and document all chat interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Identify and escalate urgent or unresolved issues to the appropriate team
- Deliver a consistently positive and professional patient experience in every chat
- Adhere strictly to HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality protocols at all times
