Engineering Tool Support Specialist

: Job ID: 657512BR Date posted: Nov. 30, 2025 Description: The RMS Enterprise Technologies (eTech) organization is looking for a motivated candidate to support the transformation of the business with growth opportunities. This position will report through the eTransformation Product Foundations / Engineering, Processes & Tools organization providing critical support for the RMS engineering community. The candidate's primarily responsibility will be the administration and management of various engineering tool suites in the Syracuse classified environments. This role includes, but is not limited to, coordination with IT to setup the compute environment, tool installation, configuration, user management, audit support, performance tuning, functional and performance testing and documentation of the technical solution and support process. Experience with this tool suite both as an end user / subject matter expert and a tool administrator / manager is preferred. General engineering tool experience with a similar tool environment will be considered. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, and at least 2 years of professional experience

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $64,400 - $123,400.
