Administrative Secretary

Job Summary:
We are seeking a tech-savvy, highly organized, and ministry-minded Administrative Secretary to support our Senior Pastors and church office. This individual will help manage calendars, communications, and office operations in a fast-paced, Spirit-led environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Senior Pastors’ calendars, meetings, and travel logistics.
- Prepare sermon slides, expense reports, and ministry documentation.
- Draft and distribute church communication and announcements.
- Oversee office management tasks and ministry events coordination.
- Maintain church database, forms, and digital filing systems.
- Interface with congregants, visitors, and ministry teams with grace and discretion.
Qualifications:
- Strong relationship with Jesus Christ and alignment with ALCC’s vision.
- Prior experience in church or nonprofit admin roles is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Canva, Zoom, Church Apps (Pushpay/LEAD is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Highly organized and able to multi-task in a ministry environment.
- Willingness to work Sundays and occasional evenings.
Schedule:
- Tuesday – Friday: 10 AM – 5 PM.
- Sunday: 7 AM – 3 PM.
- (Some hybrid flexibility available).
Compensation:
- $50,000 – $55,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
- PTO, holidays, and additional benefits may apply.
