Combining old-world charm with the energy of the modern city, Bartolo offers a refined yet lively dining experience, featuring Madrid-style cuisine, an extensive sherry selection, and a carefully curated list of natural Spanish wines. Our team is passionate about hospitality, craftsmanship, and creating a welcoming space where guests can experience the best of Spain in the heart of New York.
