A long-standing manufacturer and industry leader is seeking a Installation Project Coordinator to join their team. This is a newly created role designed to streamline and oversee installation projects from start to finish—ensuring everything runs smoothly, costs stay on track, and communication flows effortlessly between teams.

What You’ll Do

• Manage all aspects of installation projects for major accounts, from initial planning through completion.

• Source and coordinate contractors for construction-related needs (e.g., concrete, electrical) and ensure competitive, cost-effective bids.

• Track project progress, resolve issues, and keep stakeholders updated.

• Build and maintain relationships with installers and contractors nationwide.

• Serve as backup for the Parts Administrator by processing orders, verifying warranties, and coordinating shipments.

What We’re Looking For

• Background in construction project coordination, administration, or related role.

• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including basic Excel.

• Experience in manufacturing, shipping/receiving, or purchasing is a plus.
