Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook high-quality meals following venue standards and event requirements

• Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency in high-volume kitchens

• Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols

• Support kitchen operations by working collaboratively with chefs and team members

• Accommodate special dietary needs and menu variations when necessary

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of professional cooking experience, preferably in hotels, fine dining, or high-volume environments

• Strong understanding of kitchen operations, safety, and hygiene standards

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to different kitchen styles and team dynamics

• Flexible availability, including day, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to teamwork

• Food Handler Certificate required

Compensation: Hourly ($22.00 - $24.00)
