Micro Assembler

 Handling and processing of quartz crystal resonators through various production sequences in a cleanroom environment.  Use tweezers to carefully handle and assembly small parts under a microscope.  Load completed parts onto trays with precision, ensuring no parts are dropped or damaged.  Follow standard operating procedure (SOP) documents to maintain consistently and quality in all tasks.  Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals. Education and Required Skills:  High School Diploma  Technical School graduate a plus.  Possess basic reading, writing and math skills (addition and subtraction).  Verbal communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.  Demonstrate a steady hand and excellent hand-eye coordination for working with small components.  Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality.  Show a willingness to learn and adapt in a team environment.
