Work Schedule: Monday–Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 100% onsite

Job Description:
The Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment and onboarding lifecycle for a wide range of positions across the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, attract qualified talent, and deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience from initial outreach through day-one onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts from job intake through offer acceptance and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Draft and post job advertisements aligned with business needs and employer branding
- Source, screen, and engage both active and passive candidates using a variety of recruiting tools
- Coordinate interviews, candidate assessments, background screenings, and pre-employment requirements
- Lead a structured and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires
- Maintain consistent, professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Track recruiting metrics and use data to evaluate and improve hiring outcomes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (manufacturing or industrial environments strongly preferred)
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions, including manufacturing, technical, administrative, sales, and leadership roles
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, onsite work environment
- Proven commitment to long-term career growth and organizational alignment
