Job Description:

The Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment and onboarding lifecycle for a wide range of positions across the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, attract qualified talent, and deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience from initial outreach through day-one onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts from job intake through offer acceptance and onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Draft and post job advertisements aligned with business needs and employer branding
• Source, screen, and engage both active and passive candidates using a variety of recruiting tools
• Coordinate interviews, candidate assessments, background screenings, and pre-employment requirements
• Lead a structured and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires
• Maintain consistent, professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Track recruiting metrics and use data to evaluate and improve hiring outcomes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (manufacturing or industrial environments strongly preferred)
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions, including manufacturing, technical, administrative, sales, and leadership roles
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, onsite work environment
• Proven commitment to long-term career growth and organizational alignment
