Behavioral Technician - BT- (Experience Required)
Job Description
Job Description
At Vibrant ABA, we are committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of children on the autism spectrum within our local communities. Many of these incredible children lack access to the resources necessary to reach their full potential. That’s where we come in—providing personalized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families across New York City’s five boroughs, Westchester, Albany, Long Island, and beyond.
Our mission extends beyond providing services to children—we are dedicated to supporting and empowering our team of Behavior Technicians. We offer tailored training programs to help our professionals advance their careers in ABA therapy, with opportunities to become Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) or even Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). We recognize that the success of our clients is deeply rooted in the expertise and passion of our care professionals.
If you are eager to join an innovative and compassionate team focused on enhancing the lives of children with autism and their families, we encourage you to apply.

- Desire to pursue RBT certification through completion of the 40-hour training course and supervision
- Ability to provide in-home care services
- ABA experience is Required
- Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Build and maintain a positive relationship with clients under the guidance of a BCBA

- Collect and document client data, reporting significant findings to the supervising behavior analyst
- Demonstrate adaptability in working with a diverse range of clients with varying needs and abilities
- Collaborate effectively with team members, including other staff and family members
- Foster professional and respectful relationships with clients' families and caregivers
- Adhere to scheduled hours and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
- Professional development opportunities—become an RBT with our support
- Flexible scheduling: afternoon, evening, and weekend hours with full-time, part-time, and PRN options
- Localized cases—serve clients within a 30-minute travel radius
- Collaborative and supportive team environment focused on positively impacting the lives of children and families
- Competitive pay: $20–$25 per hour (commensurate with experience)
