Sales Manager
We’re seeking an energized, connected, and self-motivated Sales Manager to champion our portfolio of extraordinary homes. This role goes far beyond selling stays—it’s about curating unforgettable journeys for luxury travelers, corporate leaders, and event connoisseurs. You’ll be the driving force in building relationships, generating new opportunities, and delivering a level of service that exceeds expectations at every turn. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in high-end hospitality, enjoys taking initiative to grow their own pipeline, and finds satisfaction in turning leads into memorable experiences. Ideally, you will be based in the South Florida market , with the flexibility and willingness to travel to our properties as needed to lead tours, host clients, and represent our brand in person. Your energy, network, and ability to connect with affluent clientele will be key to your success in this role, as will your passion for creating moments that leave a lasting impression.

Responsibilities
- Generate new business independently, leveraging your network and creativity to connect with luxury travelers, elite travel agencies, corporate clients, and international jet-setters.
- Cultivate and grow existing client relationships.
- Develop strategies, action plans, and KPIs to exceed monthly and annual revenue goals.
- Lead immersive site inspections and property tours, showcasing each home’s unique appeal with support from GEMs and the DOSM.
- Represent Lunara Bay at industry events, weaving our story into every interaction.
- Collaborate on campaigns that resonate with the luxury market.
- Keep a pulse on the competition and market trends.
- Partner with operations and guest services teams to ensure every client experience is flawless.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury sales, preferably in hospitality or high-end real estate.
- Energetic, outgoing, and naturally connected to affluent clientele.
- Comfortable working independently to identify and pursue leads.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Deep understanding of white-glove service and attention to detail.
- Self-starter mindset, turning challenges into opportunities.
- Tech-savvy with CRM platforms and booking systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred—but passion and experience matter most.
