DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW

The Integrated Investment Team leads end‑to‑end media investment across linear, digital direct, audio, and programmatic channels. The team is responsible for delivering integrated, performance‑driven media solutions while maximizing trade value, spread, and long‑term partner opportunities. Integrated Investment works in close partnership with Sales, Strategic Partnerships, Analytics, Finance, and Executive Leadership to ensure best‑in‑class execution and scalable growth.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Buyer, Integrated Investment is responsible for the execution, negotiation, and performance management of media campaigns across linear and digital channels. This role owns day‑to‑day buying activity, campaign execution, and vendor coordination, ensuring campaigns deliver against client KPIs and Evergreen's commercial objectives.

The Buyer is accountable for managing the full campaign lifecycle, from RFP through execution, optimization, and reconciliation, while maintaining strong communication with agencies, clients, and vendor partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Execution & Investment Management

• Own campaign execution across digital and traditional channels, including building insertion orders and managing partner orders.
• Gather campaign requirements (audience, geography, creative, KPIs) and translate into actionable buying strategies.
• Ensure timely and accurate campaign launches, including coordination of assets, tags, and creative delivery.

Negotiation & Vendor Management

• Send out RFPs, negotiate rates, and organize partner responses to support media plan execution.
• Manage day‑to‑day communication with vendors, networks, and publishers.
• Evaluate proposals and support media plan development to align with client KPIs and trade objectives.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

• Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, and performance, identifying optimization opportunities across channels.
• Maintain reporting trackers and provide campaign updates, recaps, and insights.
• Track delivery metrics and proactively flag risks to ensure alignment with campaign goals.

Operational Excellence & Governance

• Ensure adherence to Integrated Investment best practices across buy setup, QA, stewardship, and reporting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support reconciliation activities, including coordination with Finance and Operations.
• Support posting/verification and campaign wrap processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3+ years of media buying, planning, or trading experience across linear, audio and/or digital channels.
• Strong understanding of media planning, negotiation, and campaign performance metrics.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.

COMPENSATION

Salary Range: $65,000 – $75,000
The above represents the expected base salary range for this role.
