Duties

• Oversee daily food truck operations
• Manage staff & service flow
• Heavy cooking on deep fryer & flat top grill
• Lead chef during peak service
• Understanding POS system
• Prepping food before events
• Opening & closing procedures
• Maintain food safety standards
• Food handling certificate required

Experience

• Proven experience in fast food or quick service restaurant environments with a focus on food preparation and customer service
• Strong background in restaurant or food industry operations, including heavy deep fryer and flat top grill cooking, and food handling
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover for sales transactions and reporting
• Demonstrated ability in time management, multitasking, and supervising team members in a fast-paced setting
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper kitchen procedures
• Excellent communication skills combined with a positive attitude to foster teamwork and customer satisfaction
• Food handling certificate required
• Peddler permit a plus but not needed
