Job Summary
The Administrative Specialist performs a variety of advanced administrative tasks for the Center of Biology and Interdisciplinary Studies (CBIS) independently, seeking help when needed. The Specialist uses advanced computer expertise to execute word processing, spreadsheet and database development, data queries, and to maintain and reconcile purchasing card accounts, while using judgment to effectively handle external and internal customers at all levels.


Minimum Qualifications

»HS Diploma or GED required.

»Formal or specialized training in the appropriate technical or specialized skill, or two (2) plus years of applicable practice
