Chef de Cuisine
Singapore Social is seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Cuisine to lead the culinary operations of our casual lunch and dinner restaurant. Our menu is rooted in the staple flavors and traditions of Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia, showcasing authentic Southeast Asian cuisine in a welcoming and approachable setting.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant operations and kitchen leadership, with the ability to oversee all aspects of culinary execution, team development, inventory management, food costing, and financial performance. This role requires a hands-on leader who is committed to maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency, and hospitality while ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently and profitably.
We are looking for a chef who brings both culinary expertise and business acumen, with a deep appreciation for Southeast Asian flavors and the experience to help drive the continued success of our restaurant.
