Now Hiring: Electrical Foreman

We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead crews on commercial renovations and new builds in Rochester. You’ll be the go-to expert on-site—guiding crews, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring every wire, conduit, and connection is flawlessly executed.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead 2–4 person crews on commercial construction sites.
• Bend conduit, rough in, and wire systems for power, lighting, HVAC, and refrigeration.
• Read and follow blueprints and plans.
• Use tools like test meters, pipe threaders, and conduit benders.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance on-site

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in commercial or industrial work
• Ability to bend and thread conduit
• OSHA certification and strong safety habits.
• Experience leading crews and working with GCs

Work Site Information

• Projects all within in Rochester, NY
• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Focus: Commercial new builds and renovations

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.00/hr.
