Account Relations Representative III
About the Role
Canon USA in Melville, NY is currently seeking an Account Relations Representative III (Representative, Acct Rels III). The Account Relations Representative III manages client-focused initiatives to drive growth and satisfaction in wholesale and retail sales. Oversees multiple dealer-account functions such as marketing, order and contract coordination, asset and sales support, and process improvement. Ensures compliance with policies, handles customer inquiries, and solves product issues.
This position is full time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in office attendance on other days). Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs.
Your Impact

Responsible for executing client-driven initiatives and ensuring operational excellence to maximize client satisfaction and growth within the BPG and Client Services divisions

Position handles several aspects of dealer-account operations including, but not limited to, the areas of Marketing Program Coordination, System Support, Contract Coordination, Managing Sales funds, Validating Claims, Issuing Credits, Chargeback Management, Post Audit Resolution, SOP creation and Business Process Improvement and Problem Solving

All assigned areas are performed in compliance with departmental processes and policies

Represents the organization to customers by providing information, responding to inquiries or troubleshooting product problems

Typically reports to a Supervisor or Manager

Level III employees have a full understanding of the job role and can apply their well-developed skill set to a range of tasks, some of which are difficult in nature

They work under minimal supervision, though decisions are made under the close supervision of managers
About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring

HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus 2 to 4 years of related experience
-
College degree in Business finance or accounting is highly preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (VLOOKUP's, Pivot Tables, formulas and functions)
We are providing the anticipated rate for this role: $23.47 - $35.14 hourly
