Growth Associate
About Clair
If you can send your friends money in seconds, why does it still take your employer two weeks to send your paycheck?
At Clair, we are on a mission to create financial freedom for America's workers by giving them a digital banking platform that allows them to get paid as soon as they clock out of work. But we're not just another digital bank or on-demand pay provider. We meet Americans at their place of work by embedding our products within the scheduling, workforce management, and payroll apps they already use every day.

Growth Associate
We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and high-energy Growth Associate based in NYC.
Our business relies on deep integrations with some of the biggest names in HR and workforce management. As a Growth Associate, you will be the "glue" that keeps these relationships strong. You will work directly with our Growth and Success leads to onboard new partners, support existing ones, and drive mutual growth.
This is a rare opportunity for a recent grad to sit at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Operations in a hyper-growth FinTech environment. You won't just be sending emails; you will be analyzing partner performance data, helping troubleshoot integration issues, and building the materials that convince major platforms to team up with Clair.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Success & Support: Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for our platform partners. You’ll answer their questions, troubleshoot operational issues, and ensure they have everything they need to succeed.
Onboarding & Implementation: Assist in the complex process of launching new partners. You’ll help track project timelines, coordinate with our Product/Engineering teams, and ensure a smooth "Go-Live."
Performance Reporting: Use Excel and internal dashboards to track partner metrics (adoption rates, user activity). You’ll prepare monthly or quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to show partners the value Clair is driving for them.
Sales Enablement: Support the senior Partnerships team by conducting market research, preparing pitch decks, and maintaining our CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) data quality.
Process Optimization: As we scale, things break. You’ll proactively identify bottlenecks in how we manage partners and suggest better workflows or tools to fix them.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will be the voice of the partner internally. If a partner reports a bug or requests a feature, you’ll work with Product to get it prioritized.
Qualifications
0–2 years of experience in Growth, sales support, client success, or consulting (Internships and relevant academic projects count!).
Exceptional Communication: You can write clear, professional emails to external stakeholders and aren't afraid to hop on a Zoom call to solve a problem.
Data Literacy: You are comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) to analyze partner data and build reports.
Organization Master: You can juggle requests from five different partners without dropping the ball. You love checklists and project management tools.
Problem-Solving Mindset: When a partner has an issue, you don’t just forward the email—you dig in to understand the root cause and help find a solution.
Things We Consider a Plus
Presentation Skills: Experience building clean, compelling slides (PowerPoint/Google Slides) for external audiences.
Project Management tools experience like Linear, Notion or Monday
Tech Savviness: You understand the basics of how APIs or software integrations work (or are eager to learn).
Additional Details
Location: This is a hybrid position based out of New York City. You will be expected to come into the office at least three days a week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays) to facilitate learning and collaboration.
Compensation: The annual base salary for this role is $125,000.
