Per Diem Ultrasound Technologist

Atria is on a mission to create a new paradigm in medicine, shifting from reactive sick care to proactive and preventative health care. Specifically, you will:
- Conduct imaging in accordance with Atria safety protocols, policies, and procedures
- Use proper patient positioning tools, devices, equipment adjustment, and ergonomically correct scanning techniques to ensure patient comfort and safety
- Assume responsibility for the safety of the patient during the imaging and communicate in a manner appropriate to the patient’s ability to understand
- Except as authorized by clinical management, refer specific diagnostic, treatment or prognosis questions to the appropriate physician or healthcare professional
Compensation:
- $70-80/hr
Requirements
- ARDMS certification required
- Minimum of five years experience
- Compassionate and effective communicator with strong tact and diplomacy
- Committed to excellence, high standards, and collegiality
- Experience working with Philips & Canon Ultrasound machines (preferred)
- Experience using Athena (preferred)
