AVP, Asset Management
SitusAMC Holdings Corporation seeks an AVP, Asset Management for a position in New York, NY to analyze property financials and report on property and loan performance utilizing advanced financial tools (Excel, VBA, Python, Tableau, and SQL) on a quarterly basis to generate stressed loan analytics that identifies potential performance problems. Assist with the management and potential restructures of highly complex commercial real estate loans while adhering to company policies and procedures. Provide ad-hoc quantitative financial analysis for clients financial real estate loan portfolio. Create financial reports on historical and projected portfolio performance using advanced financial tools. Meet with client and related outside parties. Prepare and submit weekly loan portfolio updates that identify relevant market related issues that occurred during the week. Train and mentor junior level analysts and review work product. Successful candidates must have a Master of Science degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, or foreign equivalent and 2 years of experience as an Analyst or substantially similar position performing the following duties: provide quantitative financial analysis for customers financial real estate loan portfolio; create financial reports on historical and projected portfolio performance using (Excel, VBA, Python, Tableau, and SQL); and model new assets in Excel that report historical and projected cash flow and Profit & Loss (P&L), including modifying existing templates for bespoke negotiated terms.
