Labor/Equipment Operator - Con-Strux

Con-Strux is a concrete and wood recycling company with many locations throughout Long Island. Established over 30 years ago, Con-Strux has maintained their goal of providing local solutions to global problems. Con-Strux has expanded their services to include street sweeping, mobile crushing, and transportation. Their focus is sustainability and customer satisfaction. Con-Strux remains a frontrunner in their industry by recycling concrete crushings with only environmentally conscious and compliant processes.

• General Labor for Concrete Crushing Machine
• Movement and handling of heavy materials/equipment, must be able to lift 70 lbs.
• Complete tasks and projects using hand tools
• Maintain production and quality control
• Clean up site and materials daily
• List of duties and responsibilities may be expanded to include other duties as necessary
• Above all else, ensure safety at the worksite

• No experience necessary. Will train the right, teachable candidate.
• Must be able to pass a drug test
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Heavy equipment or skid steer experience a plus.
• Knowledge of Concrete Crushing Machines a plus
• Knowledge of Wood Grinder Morbark and Hogzilla a plus
• Knowledge of Loaders and Excavators a Plus

Location: Eastport, NY

Compensation: $20-25/hour. Overtime, 401K, and full Union Benefits
