CKitchen is a leading supplier of restaurant equipment and supplies, providing top-notch ecommerce solutions to food service professionals worldwide. We are currently seeking proactive and detail-oriented candidates to join our growing team as a Logistics Specialist on our Outbound Transportation Team within our Logistics Department. This position plays a crucial role in finding creative solutions to our day-to-day needs and improving processes to keep up with our rapid growth.

As a Logistics Specialist, you will make and execute decisions regarding the delivery needs of customer orders, manage relationships with transportation providers, vendors, and customer service to help resolve shipping issues, and proactively problem-solve and communicate with appropriate departments when product or customer service issues arise. You will also monitor key department metrics, evaluate current processes, suggest appropriate improvements to increase efficiency, and investigate processing and customer problems to provide strategic solutions.

We are seeking driven and motivated candidates who are detail-oriented, adept at communicating effectively to a variety of audiences, able to prioritize and balance multiple responsibilities, and able to work autonomously to take initiative and ownership of complex problems to find creative solutions. Additionally, candidates should be willing to question the status quo and have a drive for process improvement, be able to leverage data to support proposed solutions, balance desired business and customer outcomes, and be a team player who wants to contribute to a thriving culture. While a college degree is preferred, it is not required, and past industry experience is helpful but not required for this role.
