We're looking for an experienced and motivated Administrative Assistant with experience in property management to join our growing team!

Essential Functions:

We are seeking a dedicated Property Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, office management and property management. Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is highly desirable.

• Assist potential residents with applications and provide exceptional customer service to existing residents.
• Maintain accurate and organized files for each client and property.
• Coordinate and schedule prospective tours.
• Schedule and coordinate new resident move ins, update vacancy lists.
• Perform apartment inspections and process paperwork.
• Professionally collaborate with team to ensure properties meet quality standards.

Experience:

• Proven experience in property management.
• Familiarity with fair housing standards.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in handling various office tasks efficiently.
