Coach Planner, Global Merchandise Planning
- Provide seasonal, global financial framework for Ready to Wear assortment
- Drive global direction against key product strategies across markets, leveraging strong business partnerships to maximize sales and productivity while maintaining global message
- Succinctly summarize global sales plans, highlighting areas of risk and opportunity
- Partner to provide global product lifecycle guidance
- Analyze and identify global and regional product trends through weekly and monthly reporting, and apply to short- and long-range product plans
- Foster effective teamwork and communication with key business partners (i.e. Global Merchandising, Business Unit buying teams, Global Demand and Inventory, Product Development, Supply Operations, etc.)
- Effectively prioritize and coordinate deadlines with cross-functional partners
- Become the product expert in Ready to Wear.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, with firm understanding of retail math concepts
- Superior written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate across all levels of management
- Strong initiative, and agility to flex across shifting priorities
- High degree of accountability and attention to detail
- Value on teamwork, to ensure strong relationships with a multitude of cross-functional partners
- 1+ years of experience in Planning and/or Buying; an equivalent combination of experience and education will be considered
- Retail experience (financial services or consulting applicable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and comfort working with large amounts of data
- Experience with MicroStrategy or other BI reporting tools
