Test Monitor

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Test Monitor to join the team of one of their top customers in Schenectady, NY. This role is Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm during training, but primary hours are night shift 7PM-7AM, with the days off rotating from being Wed/Thurs, Mon/Tues/Fri-Sunday. This schedule is similar to a dupont schedule, but the details will be explained regarding the work schedule up on conversation. An overview of the daily responsibilities are below:

• Monitor Lab test conditions and supporting systems for the successful execution of Lab tests.

• Identify and report EHS issues and concerns.

• Inventory existing spare parts and add to inventory system.

• Perform facility walkthroughs to identify any issues with HVAC systems, roof leaks or equipment operations

• Ability to work off shifts for extended periods

• Understanding of LOTO procedures (Lock Out Tag Out)

Skills and Requirements

• 2-3 years of professional working experience

• Comfortability with computer systems

• Self-starter with the ability to problem solve

• High School Diploma - Experience in lab or manufacturing environment preferred

• Familiarity with LOTO procedures
