- Deliver high-acuity care to cardiothoracic surgical and cardiovascular ICU patients
- Manage fresh post-operative hearts and complex cardiovascular cases
- Utilize advanced monitoring, assessments, and interventions
- Collaborate closely with cardiothoracic surgeons, intensivists, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation in Epic
- Uphold ICU safety, protocols, and evidence-based critical care practices

Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years CTICU experience – Required
- Experience with fresh hearts – Required
- Travel experience – Required
- BLS
- ACLS
- NIHSS
- Ability to manage advanced hemodynamic monitoring
- Experience with vasoactive drips, ventilators, and post-operative cardiovascular care
- Must be proficient in Epic
