Dutch Speaking Remote Customer Service Representative - Work Remote Worldwide
Are you a Dutch speaker looking to elevate your career while enjoying the flexibility of remote work? Mercier Consultancy MD is expanding its global team and we want you to join us as a Dutch Speaking Remote Customer Service Representative !
In this role, you'll provide outstanding support to our Dutch-speaking clients from anywhere in the world. You’ll begin your journey with an intensive 3-month training and trial program in Greece . This invaluable experience will equip you with the skills and knowledge to succeed, and after the program, you'll transition to fully remote work!
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to our Dutch-speaking clients across various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
- Quickly and efficiently resolve inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Master our client systems and processes during your training period.
- Stay connected with our global team while working remotely.
- Seize opportunities for professional growth and development within an international workplace.
What We're Looking For:
- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) to effectively assist our clients.
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving capabilities.
- Comfortable working in a digital environment and adapting to new tools.
- Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic setting.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece for the training program.
