Occupational Therapist
Part-Time Pediatric Occupational Therapist (8–12 Hours/Week to Start)
Location: Queens, NY
Established outpatient pediatric speech therapy clinic expanding to Occupational Therapy services. We currently have 10 warm, school-age referrals pending evaluation and are seeking a licensed OT to launch and grow our OT program.

Position Details:
- W2 employee
- 8–12 hours per week to start
- After-school hours preferred (3:00–7:00 PM ideal)
- Growth potential as caseload expands
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations
- Provide individualized treatment using sensory gym and tabletop interventions
- Complete same-day documentation
- Submit timely evaluation reports for authorization
- Collaborate with SLP team for integrated care
- Communicate clearly with families

Requirements:
- Active NY State OT license
- NPI number
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Strong documentation and clinical reasoning skills
- Professional, reliable, team-oriented

Compensation:
$50–$60/hour (based on experience)
Start date contingent upon credentialing approval and caseload activation.
