The Valuation & Advisory Group within Cushman & Wakefield is currently seeking an experienced Litigation Support Specialist to join our Dispute Analysis & Litigation Support (DALS) team that covers the Tri-State region of the US. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in real-estate related litigation support and possess strong writing skills. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to senior real estate valuation experts throughout all phases of litigation and real estate valuation related assignments, including research, document review, preparation of expert and/or valuation reports, and litigation activities.
- Draft, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy and clarity.
- Manage and organize multiple assignments.
- Assist with the preparation of exhibits and presentations
- Coordinate with team leader/testifying expert to ensure timely delivery of services to client.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in real-estate related litigation support. Real Estate valuation experience is a plus.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred; general certified state appraiser license is a plus.
The Compensation for this position is: $100,000 - $200,000 base salary with opportunity to earn commission

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
