Requirements:

- Available to be on call 7 days per week as needed.
Qualifications:
- BSN completion required.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Valid NYS RN license.
- NPI Number.
- Medicaid/Medicare Number preferred.
- Experience in counseling and teaching preferred.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
