Responsibilities
»Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital»Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures at assigned Program in alignment with the overall business strategy
»Manage everyday workflow of the HR Coordinators
»Maintains compliance with Federal, State and local employment laws and regulation
»Nurture a positive working environment that yields high employee engagement
»Assist with managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
»Assess training needs to suggest continuing development
Annual income Range: $80,000-$90,000
Qualifications
»Demonstrable practice with Human Resources metrics» expertise of HR systems and databases
»People oriented and results driven
» capability to build strategy along with leadership abilities expertise
»Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization
»In-depth expertise of labor law andHR best practices
»Degree in Human Resources or related field
»Three (3) years proven working practice as HR Manager or other HR Executive
